Hi Craig, I would love to give you a success story on the HWR routines, but I am only through with 2 weeks so far. I am doing the TRX workout series. So far so good – I love the length of the workouts, and I have used the TRX for years and love the portability and versatility of it. I also love how easy it is to adapt it to any exercise level. My goal is to work up to getting a pull-up and pistol squat in the next 6 mos. I will let you know how the program goes. As usual, your programs are easy to follow – the exercise manual is excellent, and I haven’t had any difficulty finding or learning any of the exercises I am unfamiliar with.
